So as everyone knows... im totally obsessed with cupcakes! When I was in California over Christmas Break I heard a friend talking about a way to change a box cake mix slightly to make a better cupcake. I tried this change a week ago when I made vanilla cupcakes and it made a perfect cupcake! here's the recipe change.... Thanks Faryn!
Cake Mix (sifted)
4 eggs
1 cup of milk (no water)
and then the regular amount of oil that the cake mix calls for
Side Note: i also discovered Provo bakery for the first time in my life this week, and I am OBSESSED with the bran muffin... I know it sounds all healthy, and your probably thinking im crazy but it is bran goodness soaked in honey, and i want to eat it forever!

I LOVE the bran muffin at Claim Jumper! I will have to try the one at Provo Bakery! AND, Farryn, never shared that secret with me! I will have to try it!
