My super sweet sister in law brought me a Red Velvet Cupcake and an "I Heart Cupcakes" shirt from the Cocoa Bean for my Birthday on Friday. When I lived in Rexburg I loved this place! My last visit there was in April of 09' and sadly they didnt have any "Heart Cupcakes" shirts in my size, so I was super pumped when she remembered and brought one down for me! I devoured my Red Velvet cupcake in all of about 2min, and was left with sadness thinking about how that was going to be my last Cocoa Bean cupcake for while.... .... ....
Today I found out I was wrong!! They just opened a brand new Cocoa Bean Cupcake Cafe in Provo not even 2 min from my apartment!! Happy Birthday To Me All Year Long!!
