iRockout


I know cardio isnt always the funnest.... (Believe Me!!)... But I find rocking out on my ipod makes the whole experiance a little more pleansant... Self Magazine agreed, "Match your moves to a song and you will be more energized, less distracted by fatigue and able to exercise longer and harder during moderate workouts, research shows. The ideal tempo? Peppy—about 120 to 140 beats per minute."

Okay, so you would be so proud of me! I hiked up a hill by our house on Monday and lOVED it, so I am going with the sister missionaries and some of the gals in my institute class again on Monday! But, there is ONE small problem. I cannot loose weight by hiking ONE day a week! LOL
