I am so excited to announce that they are putting in a Cafe Rio in Idaho Falls right next to the Movie Theatre... I literally screamed out loud when I saw the comming soon sign!
I would have screamed too! I LOOOVE their house dressing...Mmmm!I remember screaming when I saw the coming soon sign for In and Out Burger in St. George!
