Have I mentioned I love Holidays? Our Easter Sunday was lovely. We started the day off right eating carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for breakfast {Go big or go home, right?}. Then enjoyed a wonderful morning at church learning about our Savior and the real meaning of Easter. We followed Church with Easter basket fun and a stroll in the park, and then finished the evening with an amazing Easter dinner with family/friends and cheesecake with black berries and strawberries. {Have I told you about my philosophy? On holidays calories don't count}. Since we both have Monday off, and the weather was beautiful, we headed up to Salt Lake to check out Temple Square and the new City Creek Shopping Mall. We LOVED City Creek.. and even discovered and awesome new store or two and some killer deals. Beautiful Weather, Afternoons with my boys.... nothing better.
