this weekend dev was dying to have some banana bread... it reminded me of the bananabreadcupcakes i had seen at sprinkles... so i used half of my banana's to make these cupcakes and the other half to make his oh so desired banana bread.
here's the recipe:
1box (15 oz) yellow cake mix
1cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
1/3cup butter, melted*
1/3cup water
3eggs, beaten
2teaspoons vanilla
