Something More Than Cookies



Sometimes I forget that there are other desserts out there besides cookies... This week I made yummy Neapolitan Ice Cream Pie thanks to Self Magazine and Didn't have to settle with cookies.

THAT looks tasty! I think I might have to do one with mint ch. cookie crust and mint ch. ice cream... oh, yeah, I hear it calling my name!!!
