BE Sanitary

I am studying health science right now at BYU-Idaho, and one of the things we talk about on a daily basis is preventative measures against disease. A great way to prevent many forms foodborne illness is to use seperate cutting boards for poulty, fish, fruits and veggies, and beaf. This week i discovered that William-Sonoma has this great set of cutting boards for only $13 that are color coded and have pictures on them so you can truly keep them seperate use after use!

they are great! I have ones that are stored in a larger wooden board. You place the plastic one on top to use, then after washing, can slide right back inside into it's cozy place! They are all different colors & have little pictures as well. I got it from COSTCO. & use them almost daily! {but...can't remember the price..so sorry}
