Im In Love


The thought of Dark Chocolate has always seemed gross to me. Its so bitter... why would you choose to eat Dark Chocolate when you can have Milk Chocolate? Well a girl in my public speaking class did a presentation on dark Chocolate and all the wonderful benefits and now... I am hooked! Dark Chocolate is high in antioxidants, reduces risk of blood clots, lowers blood pressure, increases endurance, improves skin quality, and helps with problem solving skills! ... They weren't kidding when they called it a Superfood! .... I find straight up Dark Chocolate to still be a bit strong for me so I like the Dark Chocolate that has peanuts mixed in with it or crispys mixed in with it.... And since I am on the topic of chocolate Id also like to add, never eat cheap chocolate!!! If you are going to indulge yourself do it right by getting something like a Toblerone, or Dove Chocolate. its made with less additives, is better for you, and leaves you more satisfied!

AND, I have to tell you... my dad. Well, he makes my mom buy him dove's DARK chocolate and he eats ONE a day, always on an empty stomach! Funny, guy. But, YES he knows it is good for ya too!

Dark chocolate, huh? Yeah, but isn't there something to be said for quality of life, not quantity? I'll always be a die-hard milk chocolate fan!
